All of us seek that fountain of youth. Don't we want to feel great and move about with positive attitudes? The ultimate of all desire is that body works for us, not against us. It is no lie that we are, what we eat and what we do.

Our world consists of 196.9 Million square miles. Of that 57.51 Million square miles are on land. With 7.125 Billion people on earth, every square mile would need to host 1378 people. You can see right away that there is a problem, not to mention much of the surfaces of earth are not feasible for farming, not to mention weather, or political issues. So we need to be smart.
The same thing would need to be for our bodies. We need to be smart about it. In your case, you only have one body and, for all practical purposes you need to take care of it. Our bodies generally are divided, like the earth, into areas of thinking, mobility and production. Should we damage one, the other two suffer.
It is not a new thing we have brought health and the understanding of our bodies to light. This sketch by Leonardo Da Vinci clearly shows he had a firm understanding of it.

So what is our goal? To make you fit of course! To change your habit reducing sugar and carbs, and allowing your body to re-adjust to its changes. It is also most important that results are immediate, and will last a lifetime.
1. Don't smoke and limit booze (unless its a Cuban cigar or some really-really good scotch)
2. Give your body lots of exercise. 30 minutes to an hour a day.
3. Yoga. Sign up for a yoga class and stretch
4. Laughter. Join a comedy club or watch a lot of Benny Hill
5. Buy a vintage Porsche 911
6. Tasty coconut milk, (how to make below)
Coconut milk made from the white part flesh, which is grated and soaked in hot water. A coconut cream rises to the top and gets skimmed off. The remaining liquid is squeezed through a cheesecloth to extract a white liquid that is coconut milk. Cool for a few hours and have alone or with a friend.
Drink a cold glass two or three times a week, replacing coke or orange juice. Presto.. instant health.
